If you are on a windows pc, right click the button that says "Podcast" under the show description. Select the option that says "save link as..." and choose the location to save it. Connect your ipod and open itunes. Size down the itunes window and open the location where you saved the file. Drag and drop the file onto your ipod folder in itunes. After syncing, you should be set.
If you are on a mac, I am at a loss. Hope this helps.
